Biome Modifiers Patch

Description
This mod adds settings to the biome modifiers as well as making it possible to append to biome modifiers.
Probably can be loaded in any order and it will work.

Could you add an option to unlock/lock "Everything is glowing in a mysterious light" and "There's an ominous atmosphere here" ? As far as I know they are locked behind the sun quests
