Coloured Vehicle Modules

Description
Colours the equipment designer parts according to their type to avoid confusion when unlocking new technology.

All tank modules will be coloured green.
All plane modules will be coloured red.
All naval modules are unchanged and will still be blue.

Compatible with ironman and thus achievements

@Lioncccp Yes, It only replaces the texture files and nothing else.
It doesn't change the checksum that the game runs when starting and should therefore be compatible with ironman.
