Vampire little girl Portrait

Add a portrait and loading screen of a Vampire little girl species generated by NovelAI.

Achievements are not supported.
Achievement compatible version (Requires DLC: Necroids).

For ease of identification, the default portraits are different for each species class, but the portrait images used are all the same.

The assignments for each species class are as follows.

Humanoids : blonde hair
Necroids : silver hair
Lithoids : pink hair
Machine, (Robot) : sky blue hair

All except humanoids (and robots) require corresponding DLC, and only Necroids are available in random empires.

Since it overwrites the wears_clothes definition in /common/scripted_triggers/00_scripted_triggers.txt, compatibility issues will occur if used with a MOD that overwrites the same definition.
Specifically, MOD species (other than perhaps the last one loaded) are treated internally as races without clothing.
We expect similar issues to occur with vanilla species added after this mod's last update.
When used in a non-Japanese environment, the key will be displayed as is in the category name on the portrait selection screen, but since vanilla species classes are used, it can be used without any practical problems.
