Dr. Nefarious - Rift Apart skin

Description
This mod adds a new texture that's based on Dr. Nefarious' design from Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. It isn't 100% accurate--this was my first addon for Source Filmmaker, and I'm relatively new to the program.

Note: This will replace the model's original textures.
