Additional Vanilla Design Overwrites

Allows the Fallen Empires, Leviathans and Crisises to use the new powerful components from Additional Vanilla Weapons and Additional Vanilla Components.

- The Fallen Empires, Crisis, Enclaves and Leviathans will have access to new components and weapons.
- Huge damage modifier and resource modifier to Fallen Empires and Awakened Empires to enhance defensive capacity and the ability to deal with Crisises from various mods.
- Marauder and Endgame Pirates will use a mixture of T4 and T5 weapons and components.
- Planet-State Stations and New Enclave Stations will have access to new components and weapons.
- Dampening fleetpower by using the number from ACOT Defines and Extra.
- Support for Additional Crisis’ Super Weapons to use AVCUR and AVW Components.
- Overwrites the designs of FE Planetcraft and Mooncraft from Gigastructural Engineering to use new components.


To lessen the compatibility issue, this mod overwrites only specific entries for many files:

This somewhat solves the compatibility issue with the base game, but causes major incompatibility with similar contents due to higher-naming priority.
