Fixes all the broken/new elitelupus roleplay skins, like management etc.

If you cannot see the skins after installing this and restarting your game completely.
Follow the instructions below to fix this issue.

1. Launch your game.
2. Navigate to Options.
3. Select the Video tab.
4. Click Advanced near your framerate limit.
5. Turn Texture detail to Very High.
