Says the following modds cause a crash to the database: !scm_totn.pack

So having a minor issue. Got the mod to show up by tossing the png and pack into my data folder....except when i go to run it, boom instant crash with an error popup

Hey man, have you considered making a compatibility patch for this great mod?

It works fine for Wulfrik and Throgg, obviously. However, LLs from the ToTN mod don't have only a small portions of units available in the bulding browser...

Very nicely made, though not all added factions are yet supported using this mod. It seems you missed the factions that are located in db/factions_tables/zzz_rhox_fc_norsca_compat in the ToTN mod.
