This mod adds an alternate layout for the areas on the schedule and animal tabs, so that when you have too many areas it looks much better.

It transitions to the alternate view at 10 areas by default, you can change the number in the mod settings.

This is intended to be used with Fluffy's Area Unlocker, which enables you to make more than 10 areas.

There is a feature in the mod TD Enhancement Pack - Continued that gives you an option to hide available areas in the tabs for Colonists, Mechs, or Animals, to further avoid clutter, but once the dropdown list from this mod takes over, all the areas show up for every kind of pawn regardless of the hidden option.

Is it possible to make a compatibility patch so that the hidden areas will remain hidden in the dropdown?

@Shiftshade You can now hold the ALT key to temporarily show the vanilla GUI. Hope it solves your issue!

Any chances of getting a button on the assign / animals panels to switch between the 2 views? I love the drop down when dealing day to day granular changes but on an emergency when i want to send all animals to a safe area for example it's much easier to do with OG format.

It's possible to switch it by going to the options and fiddle with the target number of areas but it's so much clicking....
