Replaces the Chrome and Pump shotgun sounds with the Brutal doom V21 shotgun sounds.

UPDATE:
- Fixed weird pitched down pump sound
- Added reload sound.
- Added pump sounds for Chrome Shotgun

It was because it wasn’t set to mono.

No idea why the pumping sound for the pump shotgun is pitched down. (I think those are the words I’m looking for)
