The background video loop needs to be extracted from my Nexus Mod here: https://www.nexusmods.com/left4dead2/mods/346/
Theres menu icons, the multiplayer menu theme, sound effects, and the title screen background played continuously ('bik.' files included in Nexus Mod as subscribing alone will not add the background clip unfortunately).
