Spell Testing Chamber

This is a small improvement on the Wizard Spells dungeon. There button in front of you to the right levels that your Wizard or Battle Mage's relevant skills. The spell scrolls, along with plenty of energy potions, are located in the wooden crate and sack in front of you. Additionally, there is another button that will spawn a turtle to test the spells on.
