the desing looks prity good but i would like some croops and some more paths in the tress, mybe the police station is a bit out place w/wo like ivy township

It's... okay, I guess? It's clearly designed as a base area with easy access for gearing up.
There's one empty house in the south west and one in the north east, and there's an unprotected gun store, a police station and some other amenities.

well looks pritty good to me, would be nice if you make the 2 blocks at shoud farming fields instead of forest and add some dirth path to the houses to the north.
