" A Project Fallout: Standalone Release "

The Power Armor Infantry ~ FrameWork


Experimental Initial Design Testing Phase

This Module is designed to be expanded with Further Features, as such, it has been Modulated From Project Fallout CR1, To ensure the team, and i, maintain a healthy, Voluntary, Mental Health Dynamic, This may take time.



Real. Mechanised Power.
Power armor is a multi-component armor unit, comprised of a base frame, with assorted armor pieces mounted on it.
For power armor to function it requires a fusion core as a source of power, which drains over time and actions that consume AP will increase the rate of depletion.
Once the fusion core is drained the user will still be able to slowly walk in the armor but will be over-encumbered

~ Its Heavy. Hard to Find. Needs Serious Repairs, & Skills to Work. So Get Scavenging.

But How's it Work?
~ Find the Suit, Put it on.

~ When Worn, A UI will appear for you, displaying, your Health, Leftside, Core Power Level, Middle Right Side, And your Remaining AP




Outta Juice?
The power Armor Will require, A functional Fusion Core, Otherwise, it loses its inate Technical Abilities until replaced, to insert a power core, have one on you, and simply right click the UI under "CORE"

You are Still harder to Kill, But wont Be as fast or lethal.
Be Warned, Power armor has it's Trade off. Skill acquisition, is Nullified, for all traits boosted by an Actively Powered Frame, Unless Unequipped Of a Core Or Removed

Repairs are Via the Vanilla Armor Repairs System
Basic materials you should have, before trying repairs on a Damaged PA Frame
  • MetalPipe's (x12)
  • BlowTorch (9 units / 10 )
  • ScrapMetal ( x345 )
  • DuctTape (x12)
  • Wire (x28)
  • Aluminum (x23)
  • SheetMetal (x25)
  • Screws (x340)
  • ElectricWire (x23)
  • ElectronicsScrap (x236)
All other repairs cost less, and should appear once you have reached this Point

That's an insane amount of scrap metal considering you need 60-180 per armor peice as well as the 340 for the frame. How does anyone get that much?

This mod is great but the utility of the armour needs improving. Fusion cores definitely need a way to be recharged as it can feel like you eat them really fast. The armour increasing your carry capacity when powered would also be cool - it is power armour, I feel like I should be able lift a little more when it's powered.

Could this mod be very OP in multiplayer, or is it balanced overall due to its rarity and bonuses? Also, have you considered making a version of the Exoskeletons from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. or Elysium?
