Mechineki + Player Voice Compatibility Patch

Beskrivning
Adds the default Mechineki hurt sound as the player voice sound when you speak in chat as a Mechineki. It's very cute.

Made on request.

As always, please tell me if it isn't working for you. I do care, I want to make good mods for everyone!

@DA, the full starbound.log file would be very helpful if you could provide it :) other than that, I triple-checked and the dependencies are named correctly. Are you using some mods through workshop and some in your mod folder?

@DA, I hear you! Are you able to send me a pastebin of your starbound.log from the crash? You can find it in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\storage\"
