The Lego Map 2 Nav and spawn fixes

Description
Fixes some issues with The Lego Map 2 campaign. Contains no maps, download the campaign and make sure this addon is above it in the load order.

Changes:

Fixed info_survivor_postions
Added checkpoint and player_start markers on map 2, 3 and 5 starting saferoom nav
Tanks and witches won't spawn before you get T1 weapons on map 1.
