Modernized Timelines Terran Ships

Description
Changes the Sapporo bridge consoles to use the Terran variant and updates the S/M ships to use the modern chair.

Compatible with mods that change their stats, weapons, etc.

Requires the Cradle of Humanity DLC.

I'm pretty sure 7.10 will add that, also I do not want to go beyond the scope of modifying the consoles and chairs as other mods already handle the other aspects.
