Chao Hospital Sign

Description
A texture mod that changes the Mercy Hospital sign to one that says Chao Hospital.

Meant to be paired with https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2728232940 , as Silver refers to Mercy Hospital as Chao Hospital withtin the voice mod.

(my first mod :p)
