Allows No Cruiser Left Behind to work with my Heroes Mod

i also made my own tweaks too (some i left in because i was too lazy to change from my own personal edit)
Communication BC can be unlocked by any group if you get deep core

2 ground heros from Prentioch group have text problems and the photos are not present and the same goes for Anaxex group and Wrath thats are the ssd groups
