Mute Voice Protocols

Description
Mutes all dialogue that isn't scripted.

This may lead to "smarter" AI that can react faster to the movement of opposing soldiers through instant information exchange.

Compatible with
- All CDLCS
- CUP
- RHS

Someone made a version for the SOG:PF Situation Awareness Module here.

Would it be possible to do a "Voice protocol AFTER action"?

Instead of vanilla where a unit has to blurt out what they're doing before doing it

I think everyone needs to have it installed, but I'm not sure. I'm not much of a multiplayer person haha. There's keys in the mod if you need it.

Should be compatible in multiplayer. This isn't clientside and will apply to all players on a server.
