R-29B ''Partisan''

Original R-29 design by Rav2n, R-29A "Partisan" by K0rang.

This submarine should be more balanced towards the intended vulnerability that the R-29 had, whilst still possessing elements from the R-29A. It should come off more as a separatist-fitted submarine too with the added decoration, but there's only so many things I can add from the available vanilla decoration/wrecked deco that'd fit appropriately.
Do note that like the R-29A, this R-29 iteration uses an older design from earlier game versions.

• Reverted the sub guns– removed the double coilgun on the bottom and the light hardpoint on the bottom left blindspot, just under the ballast tank.
  
• With the removal of a forth gun, the defunct loader has been replaced with a cabinet and a fire extinguisher.
  
• The brig has been made more secure, fitted with a double door reinforcement and a duct block in the floor in case of any (un)intentional asphyxiation. Conveniently, the maintenance crew deemed it appropriate to add some features to the brig intended for "coercing" imprisoned coalition officials. Don't use on fellow crewmen if possible.
  
• Medbay now has 3 compartments on the medical cabinet to compensate for the lack of a storage cabinet from the original R-29.
  
• Linked the fabricator and deconstructor with the steel cabinet.
  
• Moved the secure steel cabinet from gunnery to the armory and properly assigned it as an arms cabinet.
  
• Made all of the lights (incl. emergency) editable.
  
• Submarine looks more crude than before to fit the separatist theme more.
  
• Other changes that I might've forgotten at the time of writing this. I snuck in a stack of rum in the bar, too. You could say it was a favor.
