Dead Mech Walking

Description
Adds a self-detonation capability to mechs.

You can now turn your crippled mech into a walking time bomb. Run it into a crowd of enemies and watch them go BOOM!

This doesn't work on 1.3, it skipped over it when loading stating it was for version 1.4
