World Subsumer

Description
A small mod that add the World Subsumer Colossus weapon.
This allows the colossus to turn Worlds into Nanite Worlds.
This is only applicable for habitable worlds, for balance reasons, and destroys everything on the planet (districts, buildings and pops). It can be used on habitable planets, enemy colonies and even your own colonies if you so wish.
