Global Unit Upgrades

Description
This mod changes local recruitment bonuses of blacksmiths, artisians, horsebreeders and Legendary Yari,Sword and Bow Dojo's to be global (and retroactive) as they activate on posessing the building.
No more need to disband high rank units later in campaigns or being discouraged from recruiting elite units early.

(note: the stat bonuses show when looking at tooltip but not on the unit card, as the unit icons cannot be updated/changed AFAIK)

> Horse breeders gives +1 charge bonus to cavalry units (down from 3)
> warhorse Studs gives +3 charge bonus to cavalry units (down from 5)
I did this since it's very easy to collect multiple warhorse resources.

> Crafts buildings now give half RoF and half accuracy

Expect the game to be trivial when you own multiple smiths, if not, expect it to be harder when going up against large factions that do.

COMPATIBILITY:
Start a new campaign so you don't have old effects from local recruitment + new global effects

@MaxRavenclaw thanks for that extra bit of context. yes, I do prefer compatibility over neat tooltips.

I believe removing the bonus is possible if you completely overwrite the table that contains it (datacoring), but that precludes compatibility with every other mod that touches that table, so having it overwritten by a bonus of 0 is the better choice.

@Glas Well, if you don't agree with a global bonus, i don't know what brought you to a global bonus mod.
I could add the additional morale effect for the armour, but that would make it even more OP. I thought you had an issue with that?
When you say pop up informations are lost, what do you mean? The tooltip will unfortunately display some bonuses as 0 because if I just delete the effect from the mod files, it'll just take the base game values making them double when recruiting in the cities that have the resource. Removing the local effect is not possible to my knowledge, so the best I can do is overwrite it with 0

I don't fully agree to global bonus. A master made armor is long to do. As a supplemental idea, soldier would be proud of using superior material, it could affect morale. In complement, popup informations are lost when you go over the future building construction in town menu.

Noticed you changed it so the Bowmaker line gives half accuracy and reload instead of full accuracy. Worth noting this down in the description like you did for the horse changes.

Is it impossible to do without stacking? This sounds like a dream mod, but the stacking is kinda wild...

This is utterly busted if you stack armor. 10 armor Ashigaru can tank arrow fire, and 19 armor heavy cav just don't take casualties from anything but firearms or charges. Two blacksmiths at rank 3, with an armory encampment is +8 armor globally, and that's absurdly easy to obtain for most starts before Realm Divide.
