Postal 2 Protest Signs

Adds Postal 2 Protest signs to the game(No additional mods required).

In total there 21 various signs, all from the original Postal game. All can be used as a long blunt weapon,
which has similar stats to the vanilla baseball bat. Besides that, they twice as much melee damage and weapon length.

The signs can be found in wardrobes, police shelves(Clothes) and army containers all around Kentucky.

All of them can be fixed using:
-Woodglue=2; Woodwork=3,
- DuctTape=4, Woodwork=3,
-Glue=4, Woodwork=3,
- Scotchtape=4, Woodwork=3,
