Stronger Reforges

Description
This mod replaces all vanilla reforges with new stronger reforges with the strongest ones having downsides
also removes all purely negative reforges (so no broken or annoying for example)


also changes so that legendary tier prefixes can only be obtained as loot from npcs / chests (configurable)

theres lots of options in the config so you can customize the mod to your liking
including prefix multipliers & chances


IF SOMETHING BREAKS PLEASE TRY TO SET CONFIG TO DEFAULTS BEFORE REPORTING ANYTHING AS A BUG

this mod currently has 44 reforges:

- 9 Universal Reforges
- 7 Melee Reforges
- 6 Ranged Reforges
- 6 Magic Reforges
- 5 Whip Reforges
- 11 Accessory Reforges

yeah i set teir 3 to the highest and well i still cant get the goblin tinkerer to give me a mythical magical weapon tho i can get mythical variants by killing enemies that drop them

I still can't get them, maybe that's just because I'm using items they you can't get them on. What items can you get the whip reforges on?
