・振り向きモーション及び初期加速の無効化
　　地上及び水面で入力した方向に即移動するようになります
・着地硬直の無効化
　　ダメージを受けない程度の落下で硬直しなくなります

ゲームパッド使用時の乗り物操作を改変します
・ハンドルを取り付けた建材の操作を4方向から8方向に変更します
　　既存の乗り物操作の改変は無効に設定しています
　　8方向入力を使用したい場合はConfigurationManager等で有効にしてください
