Description

Medium sized industrial building with 3 garage doors and already set up living space on second floor.
It is located in quiet area with low amount of Z's, nearby lake and small trailer park.

I really wish this would be moved north by one cell to 20x35.
It would not conflict with Constown anymore and would actually fit in very nicely with Constowns Trailerpark area and also Greenleaf.

Conflicts with Grapeseed..or at least my game will not load it.

I started a new game not in your cell, I play on x16, I interrupted Zed in cell 273 to scout the perimeter of the lake, the rides do not end)) respawn is disabled)
