Set World Spawn

Introduces the /sws command which allows you to change your Terraria world's spawn point.

/sws <x> <y> | Sets world spawn at specified coordinates. NOTE: If the coordinates given are outside of the world's bounds, the world spawn point will be set to the surface at the center of the world.

/sws center | Sets world spawn on the surface at the center of the world.

/sws here [unsafe] | Sets world spawn on the tile directly below you. Use 'unsafe' to set world spawn at your coordinates.

• Shortened command from '/setworldspawn' to '/sws'.
  
• Updated command usage instructions to make it easier to read.
  
• Changed '/sws here' to now set the world spawn on the tile directly under the player to fix players spawning one tile in the air.
  
• Added '/sws here unsafe' to allow players to set the world spawn at their coordinates, no matter if there is a tile under them or not.
