North American Horns & Whistles

This mod adds numerous distinctively north american horn and whistle sounds to the game, and is a required dependancy for the North American Rolling Stock mod. All sounds are deliberately kept to short (<2 seconds) clips in order to avoid the immersion-breaking phenomenon of the audio becoming out of sync with the model, particularly if trains are permitted to automatically flip direction at station stops (the whistle/horn audio would otherwise continue to play at the opposite end of the train after the train has changed direction).
