You list [NL] Facial Animations - Experimentals as OPTIONAL

Please REMOVE "[NL] Facial Animation - Experimentals" from the About.xml dependencies if it is optional. Having it in that file makes mod sorters such as RimSort show a Missing Dependency error.

Having to delete that line myself every time Steam validates files is getting annoying.

今天跟新补丁表情无了都不会眨眼了一进去还变成秃头了但是可以用别的发型自己的发型反而用不了

You list [NL] Facial Animation - Experimentals as optional in the Steam description, but in this mods About.xml it's listed as a dependency.

Is it actually optional? If so, you probably shouldn't list it as a dependency as it shows an error when trying to play without it.

I know we can just ignore the error, but there's still no reason to list it as a dependency if this mod is not actually dependent on it.
