HL1 shell casings

Description
Replaces the standard shell casings with Half-Life 1 casings.

I was pretty bothered by how out of place the normal shell casings looked next to low poly Half-Life 1 NPCs, so I did this.

Includes sounds, materials, and models, so no need to get Half-Life: Source.
