Adds in a bunch of WW2 Ragdolls

Built off of Snakeywakeys Gore Mod 2, modified to use PaintRGBA for the blood effects

Most screenshots use vehicles from the [TABS] Vehicles of War Pack!

Includes:
-3 French Tank Crew [Unconverted to V2]
-6 French Infantry
-10 American Tank Crew
-11 American Infantry
-8 Soviet Tank Crew
-5 Soviet Infantry [4 Soldiers + 1 Officer]
-6 British Tank Crew
-5 British Infantry
-10 German Tank Crew [plus a few variants of Officers]
-5 German Soldiers [4 Infantry + 1 Officer]
-6 Finnish Infantry [5 Soldiers + 1 Officer]
-5 DAK Tank Crew [4 Crewmen + 1 Commander]
-6 DAK Infantry [5 Soldiers + 1 Officer]
-4 Kriegsmarine Infantry [3 Soldiers + 1 Officer] [Unconverted to V2]
-A bunch of Props, mostly weapons

To do:
-Convert all remaining ragdolls to V2

V2 Update Notes:
-All ragdolls have been converted to "V2" standard. this means they should all have a semi-uniform weight. they are also all made of Wood/Dirt, with 'Weak Metal' being used for metal elements
-All Helmets have an RHA value of 13 [TABS]
-Most metal props have an RHA value of 5 [TABS]
-All ropes [Except the ones for the eyes] have been removed, this makes them better for both screenshots and destruction
-All ragdolls now have a texture and blendtexture applied that is unique for each sector of the ragdoll [Head/Torso, Arms, Legs, Props]
-All attached props have been made dynamic
-Most ball joints have been replaced with hinge joints to prevent some of the weird clipping issues that were happening before
-Binoculars are now attached lower, so they should stop attaching to the jawbone

Known Issues:
-Kit sometimes falls off after spawning, this is an issue with Teardowns joints
-Binoculars sometimes spawn in attached to the jaw [Should be fixed with V2]
-Some Ragdolls are unusually heavy, but theyre usually ok unless you drop them from a decent height [Should be fixed with V2]
