Equipment Manager - Remove Faction/Character Restrictions

Description
Remove faction/character restrictions from most vanilla equipment except mounts and followers, and you can purchase equipment of any race in the Equipment Manager mod and equip it to any character, .

Only applicable to vanilla equipment, not applicable to mod equipment;
Modified ancillaries_tables, which may conflict with other equipment mods;

There may be a bug, please use it selectively.

To fix: open the mod in RPFM, and delete the two empty tables that have the word agent in them. Nothing changes in game, no problems so far. But now you can use mounts on your lords. Mod author should fix this in release version when possible.

mounts dont work for some lords with this mod enabled.

移除了随从的限制后会有bug，导致获得一些不符合获得需求的随从，表现是打一战给一堆随从:aurip:

Something is weird with this mod, after finishing the first battle I gained 18 followers (Ancillaries) and then it just kept adding followers and items like tons of them after every battle, kinda unplayable?
