Campaign Difficulty Adjustments

Description
Adjusts Campaign Difficulties to match the actual level listed.

Previously on most campaign maps (except the first 2):
Easy = Normal
Normal = Hard
Hard = Brutal

now:
Easy = Easy
Normal = Normal
Hard = Hard

Also tones down AI bonus's on Normal just a bit to make it more fair.
