Description
Adds over 100 new anomalies and rebalances existing ones. In general, anomalies are made to have more significant effects.

Yes, because they can be upgraded via "anomaly reduction." If they are marked as beneficial (green) the option to reduce is suppressed by the game.

Is it indended that for example the CryptobioticOrganisms anomaly appears as mixed, but has only beneficial effects?

You know what, I think disregard. I did some testing and it seems like these can only be built while the anomaly is still negative.

I think I may have found a bug, it seems like the negative and reduced anomalies don't work with the anomaly framework tech buildings, specifically dust bonanza and school of geniuses. Anyone else have this issue?

Nvm it only breaks on non-english version of the game, instead of normal text you can see some unintelligible strings (you can't even see what the anomaly does) if you play in other language than english

You'd have to find where your mods are downloaded. Unfortunately, they'll all be listed as a number folder. You could probably search for "EndlessAnomalies.xml" Then the pictures are in Resources > GUI
