Pirates of the Burning Forest

Description
The Second Empire fought tirelessly to destroy the pirates, only to end up being destroyed themselves. The pirates have never disappeared, and now they call the Burning Forest home.

The pirates are one of the last factions around to have any kind of real firearm, mostly being ancient muskets from the days of the Second Empire. Fighting armed pirates requires a team of well armored warriors, given their superior firepower.

Are the Grass Pirates supposed to have muskets as well? I've came across those who also have the same dialogues and firearms like the pirates inside the Burning Forest.
