Arctic Metrocop RESKIN (Remade)

Description
A while ago, I finished the last mod of a trilogy of mods I titled the "Arctic Saga".

People kind of liked it, but I didn't really want my whole thing to just be Arctic mods.

So, I finished it with the Arctic Metrocop, which is, in my opinion, not very good.

So heres the remake!
