More starting settlers

Description
This mod makes it so major civilizations get 4 Settlers at the start of the game.
Civilizations that cannot get Settlers after the initial one will get whatever is defined as their replacement. (Venice gets 1 Settler and 3 Great Merchants of Venice for example)
City-states and Barbarians do not get any extra units due to this mod.
My personal preference is using this mod along with preventing Settlers from being built and my "Disable Annexation" mod.

Nope, all my mod does is give every major civilization 4 settlers at the start. There are no balance checks done, whether that could be due to difficulty or era. In my testing the AI does sometimes wait before founding the cities, though this could be because of other mods I'm using.

Another point, if you start on a hard level and only start with 7 happiness, if you create 4 towns immediately, you will go to large unhappiness. This will take management on players part, not sure if AI could handle that ?

Works well but I was wondering how this effects difficult levels, I'm currently playing on "Ultimate" and i think AI players get more starting units including settlers. Does your mod level the playing field or do AI players get 4 + difficulty bonus ?

The way I coded it, it just updates the amount of free units you get at the start of the round, so it should work regardless of Era.

Does this work with advanced starts or just ancient ?
