Well, you need the VTFedit program and an image that is in 512x512 resolution, then you open the VTFedit program and click import and open the image, there you will get options for the image, but look for the one that says to select the resolution, 512x512, then you click accept and that's it, then you click export/save and it will be created in vtf format, you save it with the name of my addon file, you replace it and that's it
