Description
As HK prepares to celebrate the Chinese New Year, a mysterious cult prepares to celebrate the end of the world! Manage tricky building planning in the dense city harbor with a tight budget as you deal with triads, cultists, and more. Nice eye! This mod was directly inspired by Sleeping Dogs, it's one of my favorite games.

Just realised the vehicles all look like the ones from Sleeping Dogs! Not complaining, i enjoy the mod.
