Treasure Island Fair

A six-billion-dollar investment has stalled. To recoup some losses you have been permitted to build a park on some land previously set aside for a garden and bike path.

You are in San Francisco Bay on an island that was built during and for the 1930's World Fair. Later the island was used as a navy base during WWII. In more modern times people live on the island and the location is often used for films (notably Indiana Jones).

Scenario:
Have at least 800 guests in your park
Have no loan debts
Have an operating profit of at least $1,000.00
Optional: Sell at least 2,000 park tickets
Optional: Have a price satisfaction rating of at least 89%
Optional: Complete all non-optional goals by the end of December, Year 5

*Updated to remove bugs and make goal more realistic. The scenario is kind of similar to the Micro Park of Pokey Park in Roller Coaster Tycoon 1 RCT where you have a small piece of land to work with. I built kind of a sequel to that scenario with an awkward and small piece of land. Please comment bellow if the challenge feels fitting.
