Ever play a game where you just start collecting a whole load of unity and have nothing to do with it? Maybe you want a higher resource cap? Now there's a bunch of really powerful edicts that cover many different aspects of your empire.

They're not balanced of course, due to them being very overpowered. I've tried to add some balance by making them super expensive. You won't really be using all of them at once unless you're playing modded and have a whole ton of excess unity. Mostly just for fun.

The AI cannot use these

##############################

There are Grand A-Edicts for...

Industrial Resources - Boosting production of Alloys and Consumer Goods

Raw Resources. Boosting production of Energy, Food and Minerals

Rare Resources - Boosting production of Volatile motes, Exotic gases and Rare crystals

Special Resources - Boosting production of Zro, Living metal, Dark Matter and Nanites

Research Boosting - Boosting all research output, overall research speed, extra research options

Empire Power - Boosting pop growth/assembly, some colony stability, planet build speed, job production etc...

Security Boosting - Boosting encryption, decryption, cloak strength and detection, espionage, crime reduction etc...

Military Power - Boosting Shield, Armor and hull strength, weapon fire rate, damage and range, Naval capacity etc...

Resource Cap Extending - Keep boosting the resource cap with permanent edicts

@Zinnzilla Done!

There was a bit of a delay with the update, because the mod was stuck in 'automated' checks for about 30 odd hours lol.

Would it be possible to also increase evasion with the military edict? In the basegame it shouldn't be too op, bc of the 90% evasion cap, but I do love my mods which increase them to 300% :>
