ComeAndSee's Disabled Collision Damage v0.2

New in v0.2 - this mod now disables player falling damage as well

This is a standalone version of my adjustable collision mod that disables collision damage, falling, and deformations entirely for players and vehicles.

Is it possible to make the voxels not take impact damage? We use this mod in our Tank PVP server however when vehicles lose wheels at high speed the grid still carves out voxels. We fix this by turning voxel damage off but this of course means theres no mining or trench digging.
