Description
This mod adds bandits or trolls that guard bridges.
That's it. It can be seen as a small obstacle. Either go around spending movement, or defeat them to pass and gain XP.

A bit of a warning, I guess: I haven't been able to confirm it, but it seems the AI won't attack the stacks guarding the bridges. It's a slight advantage for the player, sort of. It's an unintended feature, but as of today I don't know how to fix it.
The stacks can still be affected by world map magic like domain spells or events that hurt stacks.



Requirements:
None. The base game should be enough.


Compatibility:
Should be compatible with everything.
If you're using Chivalrous intentions units from that mod can spawn as well.

Hi, did an update to remove the requirement of DLCs 1, 2 and 3 (Golden Realms, Eternal Lords and Deluxe).
Hope this makes it so everyone can use the mod.
Also the resource packages used are from the base game, so not quite sure why some people need other mods to make this work. Maybe I'll look into it in the future, sorry for the inconvenience.

Took me a while to get around to it but it works well with Wasteland and Shadow Realm! If you also run Chivalrous Intentions the bandit stacks will be modified to contain more units. Great stuff!

Just wanted to echo the comments below in how nice it is to see original ideas/material still popping up for this game. Mods like this adding new flavour are the reason my played hours is so high!

How does this and the fortress mod affect the RMG?
Fortresses creates a new "structure" and adds it to RMG lists.

Bridge creates a new "structure:bridge" and that's it. The RMG manages creating roads and bridges, and somehow creating a new bridge structure overrides the base bridge structure (which has no enemies available for spawn) with mine (that has a list of enemies)

Is it compatible with mods such as Wasteland and Shadow Realm?
I haven't tried those mods, so I can't really say :( Do let me know if you try it and figure it out.
