How did it end up on the populars page?

Golden Age
It is an interesting submarine hosting unique design both inside and outside, with the most notable feature being virtual assistant on board called 'Virace', capable of performing various tasks for crews of Europa.

Submarine Information
Description: 'A white crow among other submarines called 'Golden Age' is, while very sluggish and often clunky, one of the very few submarines to accommodate virtual assistant tech, ready to assist in many tasks. This circuitry proved to be more useful than human assistants in most cases, according to opinion of various captains. This lets sailors with a keen eye on technology save money on frequently needed crew replacements and salaries.'

Recommended crew experience: Beginner

Virtual Assistant
It is a modded feature on the submarine which can be interacted with and ordered to perform certain tasks.


Upon interaction, dialogue pops up, which lets you either order assistant to interact with on-board systems or talk with her.

You can either:
Order to turn on/off various on-board circuitry.
Order to engage certain emergency system.
Have a talk and ask questions about her.
Question what any order or emergency does in case you forget.

List of Orders
Orders:

- Engine orders
- Normal mode (Engine will work in its normal state)
- Safe mode (Engine will gradually increase its force from 0 to 100/-100 and vice versa to avoid large fluctuations in the power grid)
- Stealth mode (Engine will work at lower force in order to lower the sound made)

- Supercapacitor orders
- Switch charge rate to 100%
- Switch charge rate to 50%
- Switch charge rate to 0%

- Automatic door orders
- Turn automatic system on (Will cause doors to automatically open)
- Turn automatic system off (Doors will require to be manually opened)

- Turret light orders
- Turn turret lights on
- Turn turret lights off


Emergencies:

- Intruders emergency (Alarms will ring in areas where intruders are detected)

- Ballast flora emergency (The ballast will slowly drain and de-power afterwards for ease of dealing with ballast flora)

- Hull breach emergency (Alarms will ring in areas where dangerous pressure is detected. Automatic door system will be forcefully off)

Installing Assistant on Different Submarines
For those who wish to accommodate the virtual assistant on their own submarines, alongside 'Golden' Age' comes an assembly containing the hologram and vital circuitry required for virtual assistant to operate accompanied by explanation on how it works and how to wire it.

As for people who wish to make their own assistant based off mine, you are always welcome to do so for as long as I am credited properly.

Tag components ARE required, else there it no way to send signals from the event itself to everything else.

Honestly? I forgot how it works. Something about comparing the current engine's force with desired engine's force, and making it slowly move from current to desired if the gap is too large. You could always just copy the mechanism, I do not mind.

issues i see is the crafting stations not being tied to their respective lockers, thats abt it, i like the design, everything rylanor said is cool too!

I think a good middle ground would be to make 2 versions of it or to change turret placement, the uncovered area is currently way to large, and the result is any time I fight against hammerheads and I sunk to the ground its over because they keep headbutting the uncovered area, and as the command area is right bellow it game is over. a very big structural weakness in my experience.

I see, honestly having any area not covered as an attack sub is a big weakness for me, if it was a classified as a transport (with increased storage to match it) I wouldn't have such a huge deal with it, but like I said it feels under-powered for an attack class, especially since it doesn't have a depth charge launcher so I can nuke stuff. as for balance that is why compared it to Orca2, a vanilla ship that is also a scout.
