Starburst Cursor

This cursor might be overkill and frankly is just for kicks (no idea the performance impact on your system).
Based on Honkai: Star Rail's character Fu Xuan's overworld normal attack animation. Enjoy.
I might add more of these in different colours or whatever in the future, if this one gains at least maybe 10 subs or something. Also please comment what modifications you'd like to see for this cursor. Most of it is annoying, but I made it for myself so I can live with it.
