Sheet Ropes Weigh Less

Changes the weight of the Sheet & Sheet Rope from 0.8 to 0.2 which is a 75% reduction. When you shred a sheet you get 4 pieces of cloth that weigh 0.05 each x 4 makes 0.2 when you turn a sheet into a sheet rope it only takes 1 and they both weigh 0.8 so now they both weigh 0.2 Now you can make bulk sheet ropes without getting too weighed down before even gathering logs to make log stacks!

Works well with "Fuss's Log Hauling" if you like to make log walls without unstacking your logs & "Common Sense" mod that allows you to convert ripped sheets back into sheets to turn into sheet ropes to make those log stacks.
