Updated version of something I've already updated many times.

Changes from last version:
Removed entropic to reduce bloat.
Halved emission rate and emission velocity (lifetime increased to keep the same range)
Glow/rings radii increased
Irradiated trail texture changed + added some motion
And probably other changes I forgot to note
