06.06.24: Updated to 3.12.4

Cybernetic Expansion

This mod adds more Cybernetic things that I feel is missing from the basegame.
Like an Cybernetic army and traits so can make yout own Cybernetic warrior race.

Also a couple of Civics, Leader trait and new Techs that also gives more Cyber feel.

I might add more stuff in the future.

Below is a list that shows the content:

Techs opened with Flesh is Weak
- Cybernetic Legion: cyber assault army
- Leader enhancement programme: unlocks new cybernetic traits for your leaders
- Cyberware administration Center: planet unique building
- Netrunner Hacking Teams: increases codebreaking

New Cybernetic traits
- Hazard Filters: +70% Tomb world Habitability
- Linear Frames (2 trait points): 10% worker output, 20% Army health, +20% Army damage
- Shaping neural link: -10% empire size
- Utility appendage: 5% Happiness, -10% job demotion

Cyberocracy Civic
- Trait selection +1,-1 negative traits
- -10% Leader upkeep
- Leader traits tech

Enhancement driven Civic
- Starts with Cyberware Admin Tech and building on capitol
- -10% species modification cost

are the traits here compatible with v_traits?

You should get access to all the techs that has Flesh as Weak as a prereq.

Also, it seems like the civics that adds building does not work right now with the Cyber creed. Will take a loo into that

Question: How does this interact with the Cybernetic Creed Origin? Since you can't choose the 'Flesh is Weak' AP since you are already locked in at the start?
