Description

YouTuber CalebCity (https://www.youtube.com/@CalebCity) is a scared soldier who has wildly varying competence and confidence in his own capabilities.
Featuring 250+ voice lines covering most interactions (including WotC), though not many lines exist for class-specific actions.

RECENT CHANGES (all changes reported in VersionHistory in the mod files)
v0.1:
* Fixes a bug where the voice was too quiet if the voice volume slider was adjusted.
* Adds a Configuration file (Config/XComCalebCityVoiceSettings.ini). If you find the soldier's voice is still too quiet relative to others, increase the value in this file. Sky's the limit.

Made using RoboJumper's voice pack template and guide.

Regarding volume levels, my current tools only allow for so much gain before the audio starts to peak or other audio effects (music, foley, background voices) muddle the clarity of lines. If someone has experience fixing those kinds of issues and wants to help or offer advice, I'd welcome it.
